For Yum Yum Sauce

Instructions
For Slaw
  1. Add ingredients to a bag of suitable size. Vacuum seal and place in refrigerator until plating.
For Yum Yum Sauce
  1. Add ingredients to beaker or bowl and mix well with a fork or whisk.
For Fish
  1. Heat the oil to 350°F/177°C.
  2. Drop fish in hot oil, frying until golden brown, then remove and place on drip rack or paper towel to remove excess oil.
Plating
  1. Serve the slaw, fried fish, yum yum sauce, chopped cilantro, salsa, lime wedges, and tortillas in individual bowls.
