Instructions
  1. Char the rosemary sprig in a dry skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until blackened in spots and fragrant -- about 4 minutes.
  2. Place in a 1 quart glass jar.
  3. Pour in the vodka (reserve bottle).
  4. Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  5. Taste it, you should be able to detect the flavor -- if not, let it infuse longer.
  6. Strain into reserved bottle and freeze at least 4 hours before serving.
